Kenneth Arlene McRae has been found safe. The Dobbs Ferry Police Department in New York confirmed to Stay Inspired News that 13-year-old Kenneth, who was reported missing on July 15, 2025 in Dobbs Ferry, New York, has now been located.
Police say Kenneth was a past resident of The Children's Village, a Dobbs Ferry-based residential care facility that provides structured support, counseling, and temporary housing for children and teens. He left the facility voluntarily, according to the department.
Police have since been in contact with Kenneth's parent, who confirmed that he is safe and living with family. Police issued a statement in response to concerns raised on social media about missing children in Dobbs Ferry.
The Dobbs Ferry Police Department thanked the community for its support.
